Where evidence-based medicine meets personalised care.

Where evidence-based medicine meets
personalised care.

Fertility care isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are the services we offer. Below are the main pathways so you can see what each involves and who they’re for. Every plan is grounded in current evidence and tailored to your needs, timeline and headspace.

If you’re just starting out, considering egg freezing or navigating something more complex, we’ll guide you step by step. Reach out if you’re unsure where to begin.

Pathways

Preconceptual
Assessment

Comprehensive assessment and advice for individuals or couples planning pregnancy, with a focus on identifying potential risks, optimising health, and preparing the body for conception.

This may include medical history review, physical examination, and investigation if required. Recommendations for prenatal supplementation and advice are provided to support the best possible outcomes for pregnancy.

Fertility

Assessment and management of underlying female conditions that may contribute to sub fertility. This includes support for women experiencing difficulty conceiving or those who wish to be assessed before trying to conceive.

Treatment options may include cycle tracking, ovulation induction, IUI (intrauterine insemination), IVF (in vitro fertilisation), genetic testing of embryos (PGT), recurrent implantation failure management, surgery, and care for hormone related disorders.

Male fertility

Assessment and management of male factors that may impact fertility, including concerns about sperm quality, ability to conceive, or abnormal semen analysis results.

Care may involve management of male hormone related disorders, medications, surgery or laboratoy procedures such as ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection).

Recurrent
pregnancy loss

Recurrent
pregnancy
loss

Specialist management for couples who have experienced multiple pregnancy losses, with a focus on addressing contributing factors, and providing ongoing support.

Comprehensive investigations are conducted to guide appropriate treatment and future planning. Emotional and practical support is also available at the clinic as well as through organisations such as https://www.pinkelephants.org.au and https://rednose.org.au.

Fertility
preservation

Counselling and treatment options to help preserve eggs, sperm, or embryos, allowing individuals or couples to safeguard future fertility.

Techniques may include egg or sperm freezing, embryo banking, and oncofertility (fertility preservation before cancer treatment).

Donor program

Guidance and support for individuals or couples who wish to conceive using donor eggs, sperm, or embryos. This includes couples in same-sex relationships, individuals planning for solo parenthood, or for individuals who are unable to use their own eggs or sperm.

We can assist in navigating both local and international donor programs. In Australia, all donors must be altruistic, meaning they are not paid for eggs or sperm.

Surrogacy

Support for individuals or couples considering surrogacy when carrying a pregnancy is not possible. Guidance includes navigating the legal and emotional aspects of the process, as well as counselling and treatment planning.

In Australia, only altruistic surrogacy is permitted, where the surrogate is reimbursed for reasonable expenses only. Commercial surrogacy remains prohibited.

Menopause

Management of the symptoms and health changes associated with menopause, including hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, vaginal dryness, and other hormone-related effects.

Care typically involves a personalised approach tailored to symptoms, risks, and patient preferences. Screening, cervical health, and mammogram advice are also provided, alongside evidence-based information to address misinformation around hormone therapy.

Gynaecology
& contraception

Assessment and management of a wide range of gynaecological concerns, including irregular periods, painful or heavy bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pelvic pain, and endometriosis.

Support is also available for women seeking contraception advice, whether planning pregnancy later or wishing to avoid it. Management may include lifestyle guidance, medication, or surgical options depending on individual needs.
